
The Mama Module in person workshops are an opportunity for you to learn with other mothers how to self-design your own postpartum care plan as well as how to direct your team. This is a small group setting with interactive teaching style to help you get clear on your ideal postpartum protocol.

Overview
The two biggest factors that I have encountered in women with their postpartum plans, is a resistance to receiving help and/or complete overwhelm at the task of identifying her postpartum needs. Unit 1 is all about exploring why it's important to receive help, how to let people help you, and how to get clear on what you need help with. We will explore our inner worlds around these questions together as a group and singularly to help ourselves get clear on our true needs.

We will review plans and potential snafus that can come up
We will explore any questions, concerns that come up at this point

During this time, we will review your plans together and talk about how to strengthen them for easy initiation upon arrival of baby. We will explore questions that come up as a group and will support each other in dialing in our plans. We will be reviewing your plans during the course and making suggested together.

Details:
- The vision for this class is to help mothers get the support they need in the postpartum period.
- To bring that further, it's an opportunity to support each other as a group in the postpartum and beyond as you work on strengthening this model of community care together.
- This class will be held in a group no larger than 12 to provide for in depth support.
- We will be exploring our questions, concerns, visions, and intentions for our postpartum period.
- You will be invited to make as many edits to your postpartum plan during the class period for exploration.

- A copy of Seven Sisters for Seven Days: The Mother's Manual for Community Based Postpartum Care which covers the entire program and guides mothers in setting up their own care.
