Dear mama, you don't have to do it alone.
The Seven Sisters Program is simple! Designed for mothers in the post partum period in having a dedicated support system of friends or family who each take a day of the week for six weeks- thus, The Seven Sisters- to provide the mother with meal preparation, childcare, house tasks, etc. This allows the new mother a much needed opportunity to heal, rest, and connect with her new baby. When mothers rest and receive nourishment and support for the first six weeks following birth, the rates of post partum depression significantly drop and the mother has far better health, energy and breast milk production. Created by a mother with a desire to call upon the support she needed, this program has already served numerous families with amazing results.
New mothers, why would I need this help you may ask? You are about to embark upon a journey you never have embarked upon before. You will have a baby or babies completely dependent upon you 24/7. Your whole life is going to change. It's beautiful and it's a lot! Set yourself to receive support while you find your footing, I promise, you'll be glad you did!
This program is designed by YOU. You can build it however you desire. You can pay your volunteers, you can trade, you can make it work for your lifestyle. People invest in vacations, they invest in the best children's items, they invest in things they care about. This level of care is an investment no only in the well-being of the mother, as well as the child, family, and the community.
You can design your own postpartum protocol and Seven Sisters Postpartum Plan by buying the book written just for mamas. We also offer a course that walks right alongside the book to support your journey with 1:1 support with Michelle. We also offering trainings to facilitators who would love to share this model in their communities.
After I received this model of care, I gifted it to numerous mothers in my community. Do you know what happened? They in turn, gifted it to mothers in our community and beyond. The circle has continued to feed itself. Mothers need this level of care. We have to start somewhere, start with yourself, and watch the circle continue to grow.

but she has to have a self to give. – Aviva Jill Romm
